1. Kısıtlamalar ve Dikkat Edilecek Noktalar

USB bağlantısı kullanıyorsanız ve MF Scan Utility yüklemesini cihaz ile bilgisayarı USB kablosuyla bağlamadan tamamlıyorsanız, cihazdan tarama yaparken bir uygulama seçme ekranı görüntülenebilir. Böyle bir durumda, aşağıdaki prosedüre göre bir uygulama belirlediğinizde ekran görüntülemesi durdurulacaktır.

1. Cihaz ile bilgisayarı bir USB kablosu kullanarak bağlayın → cihazı açın.

2. Bir yönetici hesabıyla bilgisayara giriş yapın.

3. [Denetim Masası] öğesinden [Aygıtları ve yazıcıları görüntüle] öğesini seçin.

4. Cihazınızın simgesini sağ tıklatın → [Tarama özellikleri] öğesini tıklatın.

5. [Olay] sekmesini tıklatın → [Bu programı başlat] seçin → [MF Scan Utility] seçin.

Kullandığınız cihazla uyumlu uygulamalarınız varsa, MF Scan Utility'den farklı bir uygulama belirleyebilir ve kullanabilirsiniz.

Taranmış bir görüntüyü anahtar sözcük araması yapılabilen bir PDF dosyası olarak kaydediyorsanız, aşağıdaki prosedüre göre tarama yaparak koyu renkli arka planlardaki beyaz karakterlerin daha iyi tanınmasını sağlayabilirsiniz.

1. MF Scan Utility ana ekranında [Ayarlar] öğesini tıklatın.

2. [Ayarlar] İletişim Kutusunda [Belge] simge düğmesini tıklatın.

3. [Ayarları Kaydet] dahilinde [Anahtar kelime aramasını destekleyen bir PDF dosyası oluştur] seçin → [Tamam] öğesini tıklatın.

4. MF Scan Utility ana ekranında [Belge] simge düğmesini tıklatın.

Taranmış bir görüntüyü yüksek sıkıştırma düzeyli bir PDF formatında kaydediyorsanız, MF Scan Utility ana ekranında [Belge] öğesini tıklatarak tarama yaptığınızda görüntünün bir kısmı boş olabilir. Aşağıdaki prosedüre göre tarama yaparak sonucu iyileştirebilirsiniz.

1. MF Scan Utility ana ekranında [Ayarlar] öğesini tıklatın.

2. [Ayarlar] İletişim Kutusunda [Belge] haricinde bir simge düğmesini, örneğin [Fotoğraf] veya [Özel] öğesini tıklatın.

3. [Ayarları Kaydet] > [Veri Formatı] öğesinden [PDF (Tek Sayfalı Dosyalara Böl)]/[PDF] öğesini seçin → [PDF Sıkıştırması] öğesinden [Yüksek] öğesini seçin → [Tamam] öğesini tıklatın.

4. MF Scan Utility ana ekranında, adım 2'de tıklattığınız simge düğmesini tıklatın.

Yazılım MAPI'yı destekleyen bir e-posta yazılımıysa, MF Scan Utility ana ekranında [Ayarlar] > [Uygulama Ayarları] > [E-postaya ekle]/[E-posta İstemcisi] > [Ekle] seçerek ve ekrandaki [Uygulama Seç] iletişim kutusunda e-posta yazılımının çalıştırılabilir dosyasını seçerek bu yazılımı kullanabilirsiniz.

Yukarıdakilerden farklı bir e-posta yazılımı kullanıyorsanız, MF Scan Utility ana ekranında [Ayarlar] > [Uygulama Ayarları] > [E-postaya ekle]/[E-posta İstemcisi] > [Hiçbiri (Manüel Olarak Ekle)] seçin ve taramadan sonra kaydettiğiniz dosyayı manuel olarak ekleyin.

MF Scan Utility'de Microsoft Publisher veya Adobe PageMaker gibi bir DTP uygulaması kaydetseniz bile görüntüleri taramanız mümkün olmayabilir. Bu durumda uygulamadan tarayın veya görüntüyü ekleyin.
