Microsoft Windows MF Scan Utility

1. Korlátozások és figyelmeztetések

Ha USB-kapcsolatot használ, és anélkül fejezi be az MF Scan Utility telepítését, hogy USB-kábellel csatlakoztatná az eszközt és a számítógépet, akkor megjelenhet egy alkalmazásválasztó képernyő, amikor beolvasást végez az eszközön. Ha vannak olyan alkalmazásai, amelyek kompatibilisek a használt eszközzel, akkor az MF Scan Utility-től eltérő alkalmazást is kiválaszthat és használhat.

Ha egy beolvasott képet olyan PDF-fájlként ment, amelyben rá lehet keresni kulcsszavakra, akkor a következő eljárással elősegítheti, hogy a rendszer felismerje a sötét hátterű fehér karaktereket.

1. Az MF Scan Utility főképernyőjén kattintson a [Beállítások] lehetőségre.

2. A [Beállítások] párbeszédpanelen kattintson a [Dokumentum] gombra.

3. Válassza ki a [Kulcsszavas keresést támogató PDF-fájl létrehozása] lehetőséget a [Beállítások mentése] menüpontnál → kattintson az [OK] gombra.

4. Az MF Scan Utility főképernyőjén kattintson a [Dokumentum] gombra.

Ha egy beolvasott képet nagy tömörítési szintű PDF-formátumban ment, akkor a kép egyes részei üresnek tűnhetnek, ha a [Dokumentum] elemre kattint az MF Scan Utility főképernyőjén. Az alábbi eljárással javíthatja az eredményt.

1. Az MF Scan Utility főképernyőjén kattintson a [Beállítások] lehetőségre.

2. A [Beállítások] párbeszédpanelen kattintson egy olyan gombra, amely nem a [Dokumentum], például a [Fénykép] vagy az [Egyéni] elemre.

3. Válassza a [PDF (egyoldalas fájlokra osztva)]/[PDF] lehetőséget a [Beállítások mentése] > [Adatformátum] területen → válassza ki a [Magas] elemet a [PDF-tömörítés] alatt → kattintson az [OK] gombra.

4. Az MF Scan Utility főképernyőjén kattintson ugyanarra a gombra, amelyre a 2. lépésben is kattintott.

Ha az e-mail szoftver támogatja a MAPI-t, akkor úgy használhatja, ha az MF Scan Utility főképernyőjén kiválasztja a [Beállítások] > [Alkalmazásbeállítások] > [Csatolás e-mailhez]/[E-mail ügyfélprogram] > [Hozzáadás] elemet, majd az e-mail szoftver végrehajtható fájlját a megjelenő [Alkalmazás kiválasztása] párbeszédpanelen.

Ha a fentiektől eltérő e-mail szoftvert használ, akkor az MF Scan Utility főképernyőjén válassza ki a [Beállítások] > [Alkalmazásbeállítások] > [Csatolás e-mailhez]/[E-mail ügyfélprogram] > [Nincs (manuális csatolás)] elemet, és manuálisan csatolja a beolvasás után mentett fájlt.

Ha regisztrál is egy DTP-alkalmazást az MF Scan Utility-ben, például a Microsoft Publisher vagy az Adobe PageMaker programot, akkor is előfordulhat, hogy nem tud velük képeket beolvasni. Ilyen esetben a beolvasást végezze el az alkalmazásból, vagy szúrja be a képet.
